Hello Gyrotonic Apprentices!

Thank you for your interest in this course. You must have successfully completed your Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation course to attend this course. It is also highly recommended to have completed some of your apprentice teaching hours before attending this course. If it has been more than one year since your foundation course you may be able to get an extension. Please contact extensions@gyrotonic.com to request an extension.

We will meet 6 hours each day with a 2 hour lunch, a total of 8 hours.
