GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Foundation Course

Join me at the fun and beautiful Studio of GYROTONIC(R) South Orange County. The course will be October 23, 24, 25, day off on the 26th, then 27,28,29, day off on October 30th, then October 31, November 1, and 2. The Hours of the course are still to be determined but will follow the cadence of three in the morning a two hour break and two hours in the afternoon, 10 to1 and 3 to 5 daily.
