Course hours Monday-Sunday, Tuesday-Saturday 11-2 & 4-6 (with some variation on weekends).

Initial registration at DHernandez@lt.life to reserve your spot. Course fee of $2100 will be paid to Kinesphere Center via Mindbodyonline closer to start dates.
