GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course

Join me at the fun Jungle center in Taipei Taiwan for GYROTONIC Level 1 Foundation. Pre requisite for the course is completion of GYROTONIC Level 1 Pre-Training and a minimum of two weeks before the course starts. Course hours are to be determined and will be three hours in the morning a two hour break and three hours in the afternoon. The course will be taught in English and translated to Mandarin.
