Join me at bodySpan for GYROKINESIS Annual Pre-trainer Update. We will use the time to move together and deepen into the Gems of Level 1. The course hours are to be determined but are tentatively 10 to 1 and 3 to 5 daily. The educational fee is $525 and due the first day of the course.
