Aloha Gyrotonic students!

Thank you for your interest in this course. You must have successfully completed a Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre Training course within 3 months prior to this course to attend. If it has been longer than 3 months you must apply for an extension in writing. Email extensions@gyrotonic.com for more information.

We will meet 5-6 hours each day with a 2 hour lunch.
