To provide a more in depth understanding of the exercises in the Gyrokinesis level 1 format 1 class and  format 2 class and to provide students with the specific skills and techniques to teach these exercise sequences to others. During this course, Bernardo Gama, Gyrokinesis Master Trainer introduces the principles, and teaching techniques underlying the Gyrokinesis level 1 exercise syllabus.

Course is organized in 3 periods of 3 days:

27-28-29 april, 30 day off, 1-2-3 may, 4th may day off, 5-6-7 may.

5 hours a day.

Equilibrium Lisboa a central wellness center in sunny Lisbon.
