Aloha Gyrotonic apprentices!

Thank you for your interest in this course. You must have successfully completed your Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation course and started teaching your apprentice teaching hours before attending this course.

We will meet 1st-3rd and 8th-10th Dec, 6 days in total. We will work 5-6 hours each day with a 2 hour lunch break.

Please be prepared by practicing the homework series and the Level 1 material in your own body as well as completing some of your apprentice teaching hours.
