Since I was a child I have had a great passion and talent for dance. After many years of study in Sicily I moved to Rome where I realised my dreams and worked as a professional dancer on numerous television programmes, shows and theatrical tours. Groin pain led to a meeting with Pietro Gagliardi and the discovery of the world of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®.

I immediately understood the wonder of this method and have never looked back.

I started my first GYROTONIC® course(2007) with Pietro Gagliardi at White Colud Studio,when I worked for many years, and have never stopped learning and improving while achieving various goals along the way.

I am totally in love with these disciplines which form a huge part of my everyday life.

I love working with this method and giving people the tools to be able to better experience their body and their life.
