Mia Munroe focuses on Gyrokinesis teacher trainings. She has developed Gyrokinesis Applications for Pelvic Floor Health, a 3-day course eligible for certified Gyrokinesis instructors to renew their Gyrotonic and/or Gyrokinesis liscense for 2 years. 

I offer private and group teacher trainings on the LEU at my studio in Traverse City, MI.
