About

Alwyn Mccormick is a former professional classical dancer with over 15 years of stage experience. Since retiring from dance, Alwyn has dedicated herself to sharing the art of movement and wellness as a certified pre-trainer in Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic, applying a fluid approach to body alignment and mobility.

Additionally certified in Pilates mat, ballet, Reiki and movement instruction. Alwyn has studied with Tom Myers, Eric Franklin, Kwan Hui Chew and the Harkness Center for Dance Injury Prevention of New York.

Alwyn integrates a holistic approach, blending technical knowledge with a nurturing energy, helping clients achieve balance and vitality in both body and spirit.
