About
Suzanne McCarty shares her passion for movement, anatomy and the energetic body. Suzanne enjoyed a 12 year professional dance career in Vienna Austria where she danced in the Vienna Volksoper & State Opera Ballet Companies before she became a full time teacher of movement in 2000 and has now taught Movement to people from all walks of life full time for over 25 years. Suzanne is also a Fully qualified Pilates Instructor, Yoga Therapist, Remedial Massage Therapist, Dance for Parkinsons & Ballet teacher. She began practicing The GYROTONIC® Method in 2001 and commenced her first GYROKINESIS® Teacher training course in 2002 with Juliu Horvath in Vienna Austria. Suzanne loves to teach her local studio clients and teacher training courses in Australia & Internationally in The GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Methods and Classical Pilates to the next generation of teachers to share her experience that is based on a lifetime of studying and practicing movement & dance.
