When I was 20  I had a  hard lumbar disc herniation.I tried to do rehabilitation in many ways mostly in the water by myself and then I could recover soon.Several years later,  When I had first session of GYROTONIC®︎ at White Cloud Studio NY, I was convinced this is exactly ideal method as my image while I was doing rehabilitation.and right after the session, I run to Juliu and said  " Someday I’ll have White Cloud Studio Kyoto for sharing this method “ and I participated in the teacher training course.I’m grateful to be able to live with this method and to be able to use the name ‘ White Cloud …’ that having beautiful story.
