About

I suffered a knee injury in my late 20s while working as a traditional Korean martial arts instructor.Then, in my early 30s, I took a Pilates instructor course and began to learn exercise methods for healing and rehabilitation purposes.After that, I naturally came across Gyrotonic® and fell in love with its fantastic charm, so I am currently teaching various classes based on Gyrotonic® and Pilates.

After gaining depth in my studies, which I started 10 years ago, I also felt a special attraction to teaching certification classes that wanted to build deeper knowledge, so I am currently managing the overall Pilates instructor course and teaching certification classes with fellow Pilates masters.

Now I'm trying to expand that scope into Gyrotonic®.
