BIO
Robert received his training in ballet and dance pedagogy at the Prague Dance Conservatory and worked as a principal dancer at Scapino Ballet Rotterdam for ten years. He extended his strong professional basis with advanced training in the therapeutic application of dance and received his master in dance therapy from Codarts University of the Arts Rotterdam in 2007.
Over the next ten years, he transferred his experience and knowledge of dance as a professional ballet teacher and health coordinator at Codarts. He specialized in coaching professional dancers in ballet, movement technique, body awareness, performance psychology, injury prevention, and recovering from injury.
Since 2001 he further deepened his knowledge of the body’s mechanics by certifying as a GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® master trainer. In 2010 he founded the Systemic Life Center to eagerly share his passion and knowledge of professional training as well as his therapeutic experience to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Robert successfully uses his experience in the GYROTONIC® method, dance therapy and pedagogical skills for improving physical performance and treating musculoskeletal conditions in a wide range of clients across the life-course.
