About

I am a GYROTONIC® Apprentice Teacher based in Boulder, Colorado.

My background is in classical ballet, and over the years I have also deeply studied Qigong, breathwork, and internal cultivation practices rooted in Daoist Neidan traditions. These experiences continue to shape my understanding of movement, awareness, and the body-mind connection.

In addition to GYROTONIC®, I teach internal Qigong and offer healing sessions that integrate Qigong principles with sound frequency work, supporting relaxation, energetic balance, and embodied awareness.

I am still dancing, and movement has always been at the center of my life and practice.

Sessions are available in both English and Japanese, offering a comfortable space for Japanese-speaking clients as well.
