Sua prática é baseada em princípios de controle motor, alinhamento articular e eficiência do movimento, com ênfase na adaptação do método às necessidades físicas e funcionais de cada aluno.

Sua atuação é voltada para a melhoria da funcionalidade, prevenção de lesões e otimização da relação do indivíduo com o próprio corpo, dentro e fora das aulas.
