Gyrotonic® Pompei is a professional training center for Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® methods, it has 2 rooms equipped with Gyrotonic® machines, 1 room equipped for individual and group classes of Gyrokinesis® and Flying Yoga Dance® connected to a cardio area -fitness available only to Studio clients.Antonia Valeria D'Ambrosio, Michela Maria Di Paolo, Maria Laura Nappi and Viviana Buonavoglia are the Trainers of the Centre, trained in Rome with various Master Trainers and certified at the main center in Munstertal, with the aim of disseminating and deepening the Gyrotonic methodologies ® and Gyrokinesis®, their training is continuously updated to offer psychophysical well-being, competence and professionalism to their customers.In Lecce they completed the Flying Yoga Dance® journey with Master Cristian Bevilacqua, founder of the method at the Art of Movement.The center avails itself of the collaboration of qualified Master Trainers to allow the training of new Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® Trainers.
