About

For over twenty years, Jamien Cvjetnicanin MOT, OTR/L has been helping people come home to themselves through the process of embodiment.

She began training in GYROTONIC® movement in 2004 and Pilates in 1995, and has completed additional movement and wellness certifications. Jamien trained at the NC School of the Arts and performed professionally in classical ballet and modern dance. Jamien is a licensed occupational therapist offering an integrative approach for mental and physical health, including therapeutic movement and bodywork. She offers Gyrotonic sessions in the Seattle/Eastside area and online.
