A native of Taiwan, I am a trained lifespan developmental psychologist, a returning dancer, and a movement educator based in Fort Collins, Colorado. My passion lies in sharing the art and science of movement with the Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® methods for both rehabilitative and recreational purposes!
