About
I became a Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer in 2016 because in 30 years of being a Physical Therapist I have never seen a better way to regain mobility, strength, and fluid motion in the body. Along with my GYROTONIC® Certification I am also a Reiki Master, Upledger trained CranioSacral Therapist, 200 hr Yoga Teacher, and had 15+ years as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. It would be a wonderful experience to share my passion for integrative wellness and movement with you!
