Lavinia nasce a Livorno,in Toscana,nel 1980.Studia danza per 15 anni, fa esperienze sia in Italia che all'estero.Consegue un diploma di danza classica(metodo Cecchetti)e danza moderna metodo (I.S.T.D)e insegna danza classica e moderna in diverse scuole in Toscana.Lavora con la Maitre de Ballet Marina S.Van Hoecke e con il Maestro Micha Van Hoecke.
Durante la sua formazione come danzatrice all'età di 17 anni (nel 2007) incontra il GYROTONIC. Affascinata e colpita da questo sistema di movimento e dai molteplici benefici segue come cliente lezioni individuali a Firenze e a Roma.
Nel 2005 inizia ilsuo percorso di formazione ed ha apre il primo centro di GYROTONIC a Livorno con il suo amico e collega Alessandro Pucci.
Nel 2007 avvia corsi di GYROKINESIS in diverse scuole di danza e centri yoga a Livorno.
Nel 2008 diventa GYROTONIC pre-Trainer

Lavinia was born in Livorno,Tuscany,in 1980.She studied dance for 15 years, she had experiences both in Italy and abroad.She obtained a diploma in classical ballet (Cecchetti method)and modern dance(I.S.T.D)and she taught dance in some schools in Tuscany. She worked with le Maitre de ballet Marina S.Van Hoecke and Micha Van Hoecke.During her training,when she was 17 years old,she met GYROTONIC she was fascinated and impressed by this movement system and its many benefits.In 2005 she began her training course and opened the first GYROTONIC studio in Livorno(GYROTONIC Livorno)with her friend and colleague Alessandro Pucci.In 2007 she introduced GYROKINESIS in some ballet and yoga centers in Livorno.
Since 2008 she is GYROTONIC Pre-trainer
Since 2019 she is GYROKINESIS pre-trainer
Since 2023 she is GYROTONIC Master trainer
