Hello, I’m Malik.

With a background in Physical Therapy, I previously worked in medical institutions and developed solid experience in anatomy and clinical practice.

For the past seven years, I have been dedicated to teaching GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC®, integrating professional therapeutic knowledge into mindful movement education.

I pay close attention to each student’s individual condition and design personalized programs that progress step by step. My goal is to help people rediscover their bodies, enhance functional mobility, and bring more comfort and ease into everyday life.
