In professional practice for over a decade, Jill holds certifications in GYROTONIC® Level 1 and 2, and is extensively trained in STOTT Pilates and Hypopressive breathing. Jill offers private instruction in the GYROTONIC® method and whole-body wellness programming.

Trained in NYC and currently teaching out of Austin TX, Jill has extensive experience with a wide range of unique clients, including dancers, singers, recreational golfers, runners and athletes, as well as pre- and postnatal women at various stages of care and recovery.

Specializing in a therapeutic approach to fitness, Jill has assisted clients with chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, scoliosis, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, chronic inflammation, digestive disorders, postural issues and acute injuries, to significantly reduce or alleviate pain, enhance performance and live active daily lives.
