About

Born and raised on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Cara has been dancing professionally in Europe for over 15 years. Whilst dealing with many minor and serious injuries during her dance career, Cara was introduced to the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Systems and found a new awareness and expansion she didn't know her body was capable of. She looks forward to assisting others of all levels and backgrounds in order to discover their bodies fullest potential and joy. In 2024 she completed the Master of Advanced Studies in Dance Science from the Universität Bern enabling her with the knowledge and skills to assist dancers of all levels with a focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Teaching classes 1:1 and groups in Frankfurt, Mannheim and Heidelberg. Languages: English and German.
