For Kat, movement has been a grounding source, offering an outlet to express, to share, and to heal. Her personal experience with Chiari Malformation & Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome has deeply informed her approach as a dancer, choreographer, and as a GYROTONIC® | GYROKINESIS® Trainer.

Kat tailors each session to genuinely meet & support the individual in their present moment. She invites her clients to move with self-compassion through the ebb & flow of their movement. Working with Kat you can expect to experience movement that offers playful ingenuity, care, and rejuvenation.
