Certified in both Gyrotonic and Pilates, and with a no pain all gain approach, I promise a fluid and dynamic workout that will improve strength, flexibility and endurance. I place an emphasis on building proper technique to enhance maximum performance and injury prevention. My expertise includes anatomical training which allows me to customize exercise programs for professional athletes as well as those with injuries in need of rehabilitation.
