Based out of Metro-Detroit and NYC, I have been teaching GYROTONIC since 2019. I work with clients of all fitness backgrounds including Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation, Athletes, Dancers, those new to fitness and more. I am former professional dancer and a certified Pilates Trainer (2008) and an Advanced Certified Instructor Trainer in the Pilates Suspension Method.
