Jamie Jaeyoung Choi is a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainer based in Seoul, South Korea, and the founder of GYROTONIC® TRiBE, a specialized movement education studio in Seongbuk-dong.
With a professional background spanning manual therapy, Pilates, the MELT Method®, and Gyrotonic®, her work centers on the integration of the neurofascial system. She holds certifications in Craniosacral Therapy (Upledger Institute), the MELT Method®, Fascial Balancing (D’Ambrogio Institute), and Jikiden Reiki (Japan), and is a member of the Japanese Manual Therapy Association.
Jamie works closely within the educational lineage of Master Trainer Juergen Bamberger, supporting the development of Gyrotonic training programs in Korea. Official courses led by Juergen are hosted annually at GYROTONIC® TRiBE, establishing the studio as a consistent and trusted training hub in the region.
In addition to her role as a Pre-Trainer, she serves as a professional interpreter and educational coordinator, contributing to multi-stage training programs with a focus on clarity, continuity, and high educational standards.
Through long-term mentorship and structured educational planning, she is dedicated to cultivating a sustainable and high-quality Gyrotonic training environment in Korea.
