About
My path to movement started in an unlikely place: physics. I graduated with a degree in physics and began work toward a master's, drawn to the elegance of how things move and connect. But somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to feel that understanding in my own body, not just study it on paper.
That shift led me to teach skiing and yoga, chasing the same curiosity about movement, balance, and the body's potential — just from a different angle. For the past eight years, I've focused on Gyrotonic, a practice that's let me combine precision with intuition in a way that finally feels like home.
What keeps me passionate about this work is its therapeutic power. Every session is a chance to help someone move better, feel more connected to their body, and rediscover what the body is meant to do. It's not just exercise — it's restoration, magic, and medicine.
