Hope Wolfe
About
Hope Wolfe's love affair with movement began at age four, when she took her first dance class. That early spark ignited a lifelong passion that led her to earn a B.A. in Dance Studies from Appalachian State University, and introduced her to a deeper understanding of movement.
During her time at Appalachian State, Hope discovered Pilates and she pursued comprehensive certification in both mat and apparatus work, becoming a third-generation classical instructor in a distinguished lineage descending directly from Romana Kryzanowska herself.
Hope's insatiable curiosity and dedication to the art of movement naturally drew her to the GYROTONIC® Expansion System. She has immersed herself deeply in this innovative method, earning certifications as a GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Trainer, GYROTONIC® Level 2 instructor, and GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-Trainer. Her specialized training extends to the Jumping Stretch Board, Archway, and Gyrotoner®, and she has completed advanced studies in GYROTONIC® applications for osteoporosis, scoliosis, the shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle, and the psoas.
Hope is passionate about sharing the healing potential of this movement practice and guiding clients on their individual journeys toward greater vitality, freedom, and joy in movement.
