About

Anne Thomasson started teaching GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® in 2005. She brought this fanastic system of movement to St, Louis Missouri. She was certified by Juliu himself in 2005.

She has been trained on all the specialized equipment. She has trained in Level 2, and all the therapuetic applications courses with Paul Horvath and Uwe. Anne has trained in GYROTONIC for Golf, GYROTONIC for Psoas Applications, GYROTONIC for Elite Athletes, and many more.....

She continues the study of GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS in depth. Every year she adds to her knowledge of both systems.

She owns a beautiful new studio in Brentwood Missouri. She continues to enjoy teaching and managing her growing studio. 

Anne is now a GYROTONIC Specialized Master Trainer and a GYROKINESIS Pre-trainer. 

In 2024, Anne along with Miriam Honorio and Fabiana Bernardes, developed GYROTONIC®️ Applications for Breast Cancer. This course is now being taught around the world by all three women.
