Certified GYROTONIC® Level I & II Trainer, GYROTONER® Trainer, Ski Monitor, Kinetotherapist, Singer, founder of Delfin Style - Training Studio.

I had my first contact with the GYROTONIC® in 2003. My uncle Földváry-Kastner Ludwig, who was a Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer in Germany and the former coach for the 80's Romanian Feminin Olimpic Skiff Team, told me about this method of body maintenance, fitness workout, also successfully used in recovery. At that time being I was a student at the West University of Timisoara, in the Kinetotherapy section.

After finishing my studies, in 2005 I started the GYROTONIC® courses with Abel Horvath - GYROTONIC® Master Trainer, at the GYROTONIC® Europe Center in Bad Krozingen, Germany.

In October 2008, I took the Level I Final Certification with Pietro Gagliardi (White Cloud Studio, Roma) and Lisa Marie Goodwin-Rice (Goodwin Studios, Los Angeles) and I became the first Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer in Romania.

After my certification, it was a great honor to finally meet Juliu Horvath, the inventor of the System.

In 2013 I did the GYROTONIC® Applications for the Pelvic Girdle with Paul Horvath.

In 2015 I continue to make the GYROTONER® Course with Abel Horvath.

In april 2018 I finished the GYROTONIC® Level 2 Program 2 with Ferdinando Gagliardi.

In march 2023 I did the Explorations into the Extremes Specialized Course with Abel Horvath.
