GYROTONIC® Reserve 2021

GYROTONIC® Reserve 2021 is a dedicated Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis studio located in Tangerang and West Jakarta, Indonesia. Designed for focus and professionalism, our Gyrotonic facility is set apart from our Pilates areas to ensure a serene and exclusive training environment.

We offer private GYROTONIC® sessions and GYROKINESIS® classes taught by three certified trainers, following the official curriculum developed by Juliu Horvath. All equipment is authentic, purchased from Gyrotonic Sales Corp, and includes 3 Pulley Towers (2 Ultima XS, 1 Reveal), 1 Jumping-Stretching Board, and 2 Archways.

As a growing teacher training center, GYROTONIC® Reserve 2021 aims to expand its educational offerings, including specialty group classes and workshops.

The name “Reserve 2021” reflects our vision of creating a refined, private, and purpose-driven space, dedicated to movement education and deeper connection with the global Gyrotonic community.
