Founded in 2020, Look Within Studio offers a welcoming and professional environment for exploring the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods. Equipped with two Pulley Towers and a Jumping Stretching Board, the studio provides a space where students of all levels can deepen their movement practice, improve strenght, flexibility, and coordination, and connect mind and body.

At Look within Studio the aim is to go beyondthe physical practice. SilviaLuna, as bot a Gyrotonic/Gyrokinesis trainer and a counselor, pays close attention to how posture and movement reflect underlying beliefs and psychological patterns. Classes and sessions are designed to support not only physical improvement, but also self-awareness, personal growth, and inner alignment - helping students unlock their potential in body, mind, and spirit.

Sessions and classes are offered both in italian and english, allowing a diverse community of students to engage fully in the practice.

In addition to regulare classes, Look Within Studio offers pre-trainings, supporting aspiring instructors on their journey to certification. The studio is dedicated to helping every student discover their potential and cultivate greater freedom , mobility, and awareness in every movement.
