Hello and welcome to Gyrotonic Jaemi!

Gyrotonic Jaemi opened in Yangjae, Gangnam, Seoul, in 2016. At that time, we were the third studio in Korea dedicated exclusively to the GYROTONIC® Method.

"Jaemi" is a Korean word that means fun and joy. Our name reflects our philosophy: we believe movement should be enjoyable and inspiring.

Our mission is to help people discover that the GYROTONIC® Method is not only effective, but also a fun and joyful way to move, learn, and improve their well-being.
