Body Mindfulness Studio

I believe balance & mindfulness are incredibly important in our fast paced lives, particularly for those living in an urban environment. That pace fragments our time as we are encouraged to jump from one complex task to the next, resulting in loss of focus, calm, energy and connection with our inner selves. Sleep is often also fragmented.

My studio offers an individually tailored holistic approach to help you recover, and reconnect with your body through breathwork, mindfulness and Gyrotonic ® Method.
