We are a boutique movement arts and energy studio offering a wide range of GYROTONIC® services.  Located on the East Side of Cleveland, Ohio, our studio is by John Carroll University in University Heights.  

We believe in safe, effective movement and client education.  Our studio is filled with creative, fun and interesting people looking to find health, harmony and community with like-minded enthusiasts!
