Welcome to Washington DC's premiere GYROTONIC® Exercise and Training Facility.  We are dedicated to the art of rejuvenation, realignment, and reconnection through the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methodology.  Nestled in the Woodley Park neighborhood of NW Washington DC, we are conveniently located across the street from the National Smithsonian Zoo.  We provide a quiet, peaceful, and creative space to support the transformational goals of our clients.
