In addition to Private and Duet Lessons, we are happy to offer cost effective Trio group circuit equipment-based sessions, GYROKINESIS® study and Teacher Training in the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods (along with all Specialized Equipment) with a variety of Master Trainers. We are also comprehensively trained in the Stott Pilates Method and have all Pilates apparatus in our studio, along with manual therapy .
