GYROTONIC® Wedge Firm (green)
The GYROTONIC® Wedge- Firm  provides a stable base for many Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis exercises in the sitting and standing positions. It can be used on the mat to support clients with tight hamstrings by propping them up in the seated position. It is a great tool for modifying Gyrokinesis exercises and is a must have accessory for many of the seated and standing exercise on the Jumping Stretching Board and the Archway. The wedge cover is composed of a durable silicone material that stands up well to frequent cleaning and has a new matte finish with just the right amount of friction to stay in place for seated and standing exercises.

 

GYROTONIC® Wedge Soft (blue)
The GYROTONIC® Wedge- Soft provides support for the head and upper back. It is an ideal option for many exercises in the hamstring series, abdominal series and sciatica series where clients need their head and upper back propped up while in a supine position. The wedge helps clients more easily access an abdominal connection and get most benefit from those exercises. The wedge cover is composed of a durable, matte silicone material that stands up to frequent cleaning and has the right amount of friction to stay in place on the bench or mat.
