To cater for a optimal work-life-balance I have spread the Pre-Training over two consecutive weekends. The body thus has the needed time to learn the basic exercises of the GYROTONIC® level 1 training program and experience the effect and function of the system.

Course language: German & or English

Course fee: 1050,- € + 150,- € Studio fee

1st Weekend: Friday, 23.01-25.01.2026 and

2nd Weekend: Friday, 30.01-01.02.2026
