To cater for a optimal work-life-balance I have spread the Pre-Training over two consecutive weekends. The body thus has the needed time to learn the basic exercises of the GYROTONIC® level 1 training program and experience the effect and function of the system.

1st Weekend: Friday, 01.03-03.03.2024 and

2nd Weekend: Friday, 08.03-10.03.2024
