To cater for a optimal work-life-balance I have spread the Pre-Training over two consecutive weekends. The body thus recieves the needed time to learn the basic exercises of the GYROKINESIS® level 1 training program and experience the effect and function of the system.

Course language: German & or English

Course fee: 1050,- € + 150,- € Studio fee

1st Weekend: 10.04-12.04.26 and

2nd Weekend 17.04-19.04.26
