Join us at the beautiful Embody studio in Minneapolis for GYROTONIC Level 2 Program 1-- 4 day Foundation course. This course counts as an Update course for Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainers.

Prerequisite is taking the Level 2 Program 1 Pre-Training within a year, or retaking the 4 day Foundation for a second time.
