GYROTONIC® Level 1 Creative series plus some of the original GT exercises , combined with grouping exercises together for clients with the following -

-hypermobility

-hip strengthening 

-shoulder strengthening exercises 

- thoracic decompression 

plus intro to standing series L2 

INVESTMENT : $525 USD plus $150AUD studio hire 

                          (The exchange rate will be converted one week before the course and is due then) 

A deposit of $150 studio Hire will be due Oct 3
