Specialized GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer Alicia Head will offer the GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainer Update course November 6-8, 2026 at GYROTONIC® South Bay, 1811 1/2 Manhattan Beach Blvd., Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. Daily Schedule: 10-1 and 3-5. Course fee: $525. Studio fee: $200. This course updates certified GYROKINESIS® Pre-trainers on manual and verbal cueing, as well as explores themes related to GYROKINESIS® principles. It is an opportunity to share teaching ideas with fellow Pre-trainers, and spend time refreshing our minds and bodies with GYROKINESIS® Level 1 material. The Pre-Trainer Update Course also fulfills annual update requirements for maintaining active GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainer status.
