The Gyrotonic Applications for Tennis course will include an overview of tennis strokes, grips, footwork, and common tennis injuries. Correlation between the Gyrotonic principles and tennis techniques will be explored along with exercises specifically tailored to the needs of the player. Hours for the course to be announced.
