GYROKINESIS® Specialized Master Trainer Alicia Head will offer the GYROKINESIS® Happy Moves course from November 20-22 at The Movement Lab, 4401 Cutler Ave. NE, Suite A, Albuquerque, NM. This course fulfills update requirements for certified GYROKINESIS® trainers. It features lively and robust seated spinal motions combined with vigorous arm and leg patterns designed to stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body. It finishes with a standing series focused on balance and flowing movements. Special music curated specifically for this format is also featured and will be accessible to you upon completion of the course. Daily Schedule - TBA
