The introductory part is mainly focused on the study of the spine: how it represents the biological unit center capable of coordinating any process (visceral, emotional and somatic) and why the Gyrotonic methodology is the best tool to stimulate this structure. We will deepen the study of the scoliosis attitudes and the strategies to be applied to restore a balanced posture. In the practical part the students will learn various specific programs created and developed by Paul Horvath during many years’ experience in a German Clinic as a physiotherapist and a Specialized Gyrotonic Master Trainer.
