"GYROTONIC® Applications for Shoulder Girdle" is part of the "GYROTONIC® Applications Sequel" course that will be held at Reformation Studio (Jakarta, Indonesia) from October 1st to 12th. In the introductory part, we will explore the concepts on the connective tissue, muscle chains, breathing etc. and how, in a tensegrity optics, they have been developed in GYROTONIC® through its principles; information on the structure of the Shoulder, Cervical Spine, Arms and related problems will be given. In the practical part the students will learn various specific programs created and developed by Paul Horvath during many years’ experience in a German Clinic as a physiotherapist and a Specialized Gyrotonic Master Trainer.

Prerequisites: This Course is solely addressed to those who are already Certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainers and is credited as Continuing Education for the renewal of the biannual Gyrotonic License
